Welcome to Funcircuitboss. By making a reservation or utilizing our resort facilities and event spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Funcircuitboss is an adult-only resort. All guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in, attend events, or access the pool and club areas. Valid government-issued ID is required upon arrival.
Reservations require a valid credit card. A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.
While we encourage a lively and energetic atmosphere, destructive behavior, harassment, or illegal activities will not be tolerated. Resort management reserves the right to evict any guest violating these policies without refund. Damage to rooms or property will result in additional charges to the card on file.
Room reservations include standard access to all public resort events during your stay, unless specified as a private or separately ticketed VIP event. VIP cabanas and tables require separate reservations.
Funcircuitboss is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests utilize pool facilities and participate in events at their own risk.
